What defines an Intuitive person?
Intuition is something we all have; some people relate to it as a gut instinct. Just a “feeling” we get. Sometimes we can’t explain it, you just know when something feels right and wrong.
The problem is you overthink what you feel and base decisions on your thinking rather than your feelings. Haven’t you ever said to yourself. “I should have listened to myself” or “I don’t know why I did that”.
Clinical Hypnotherapists, Psychotherapists review their clients through listening to what they feel and also what they think. We develop a treatment plan designed to support free association into change.
When a client presents with a problem, there is always an awareness that they are not in touch with that part of themselves that can build on empowerment, self-value and self-worth, their unconscious intuitive mind. Once you approach this through a strategic design it assists the client in reconnecting with their own internal resources through their unconscious mind and in so doing supports the most positive shifts and changes. This reconnects the client to the gut instincts again, relating to more than thought, learning how to listen to themselves through what they really feel.
